We are a psychiatric rehabilitation program that works collaboratively with therapists to help children with mental health diagnoses develop the skills necessary to thrive. We provide PRP services to children ages 5-17 in schools, home, and our office.

Community Outreach LLC PRP Program services children, adolescents, and adults ages from 5-60 who have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder and are actively working with a therapist and or psychiatrist.

Children diagnosed can vary and many being eligible for PRP services.

Adults that qualify for PRP services; however, adult have a smaller range of approved diagnosis.
